Onsite fundraiser
Hey everyone! Want to hear a song written just for cancer survivors? Want to get a copy of the song and help Relay? Well, we have just that opportunity for you. Look for CDs of All are our Heroes at this year's Relay. It's an onsite fundraiser. The producers of this CD DONATE them to us so we can sell, with 100% of proceeds going to our event.
Check out the video about this song at this site and please, pick up a copy at Relay. You can hear a sample of the song on the site and, if you're at the opening ceremonies, it could be one of the songs during the Survivor lap.

Canned food drive at Relay
LaGrange Relayers
We know, by virtue of the fact you are participating in Relay, that you are all caring, concerned people.
And, being caring and concerned ourselves, we had an idea on how to help Relay help others.
Yes, we’re still raising money and remembering, celebrating and fighting back, but this year, we’d also like to fight something else.
So, for the luminaria ceremony this year we’d like to weigh down the bags with canned food that will then be donated to the Clothes and Food Basket.
Please, spread the word among your teams and your friends and bring some canned goods to this year’s event.
For more information contact Marty at 260-336-2742.

About CPS-3
Hey LaGrange Relayers. Are we ready to Relay!?!? LaGrange Relay for Life is special this year, not that it hasn't been in years past, but this year, we're a Cancer Prevention Study 3 site. What that means is anyone aged 30-65 is able to contribute even MORE to the search for a cure.
***Other than age, participants have to have never been diagnosed with cancer***
To read more about CPS-3 go here.
What we need you to do is help us recruit CPS3 subjects. The commitment is minimal for the payoff.
First off, the participant (again, age 30-65) will donate blood at this year's Relay (between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 13). There will also be questions to answer. For 30 (thirty) years after that, the commitment amounts to a total of 11 1/2 hours. And that time involves nothing more than filling out a questionnaire.
Again, for the minimal time requirement, the payoff can be big.
Have any questions, contact Marty Hayward at 260-336-2742 or marty.hayward@cancer.org.
